Equipo FITA en instalación estructural con grúa
FITA

When scope is clear, projects close well.

FITA enters with what it can actually execute: no inflated promises and no blurred scope. Civil work, metal-mechanical work, installation, and coatings for public and private projects, in partial or broader scopes and, when applicable, according to the client’s engineering and technical requirements.

Why FITA

Scope defined before starting. No surprises in the field.

FITA first defines what it can execute, under what responsibility, and under which project conditions. That reduces surprises on site.

We work in new construction, maintenance, expansion, and rehabilitation — across civil, metal-mechanical, installation, and coating fronts. We can take a single package or a broader execution scope, according to the real project scope and, when applicable, according to the client’s engineering and technical requirements.

Capacidades base

Four fronts. One accountable contractor.

Civil work, metal-mechanical work, installation and erection, and coatings, all under FITA’s direct coordination.

Soldador FITA en fabricación de estructura metálica
01

Civil work

Foundations, finishes, waterproofing, guardhouses, sports courts, and institutional rehabilitation. We can participate from opening through front delivery.

02

Metal-mechanical and structural work

Fabrication, preparation, erection, qualified welding, piping, and plate work for industrial infrastructure. Supported by documented offshore execution history.

03

Installation and erection

Integration of components and equipment in the field, including electromechanical fronts when they are part of the contracted scope. We coordinate without losing control of the front.

04

Anticorrosive coatings

Sandblasting, surface preparation, and application of protection systems for exposed or industrial infrastructure. Documented experience on offshore platforms.

Experiencia documentada

Documented fronts. Verifiable clients.

Offshore with Petrofac, metal-mechanical structures, industrial coatings, and institutional civil work. Fronts already executed and documented.

Obra civil institucional FITA en progreso
01

Offshore platforms

Structural panels, pipe defenses, risers, process lines, handrails, and dismantling on Arenque platforms with Petrofac México. Demanding environment, documented scope.

02

Metal-mechanical fabrication and erection

Steel structures, piping assemblies, valves, qualified welding, and structural erection. Field execution with documented scope control and delivery.

03

Coatings and protection

Sandblasting and anticorrosive systems for platforms, helipads, and industrial infrastructure. Proper surface preparation from the start.

04

Maintenance and modifications

Corrective maintenance, reinforcements, dismantling, lifting, and front conditioning. We enter when the work has already started and the front needs order.

05

Institutional civil work

Domes, laboratories, guardhouses, sports courts, and facility rehabilitation. Projects that were completed and can be verified.

06

Adaptable scope

We do not arrive with only one format. If the project needs a package, we quote the package. If it needs an integral front, we structure it. The client defines the format.

Modelo operativo
How we assemble

The team the project needs. No more, no less.

We build capacity according to the work front, the dominant discipline, and the real contract conditions.

We do not force a fixed structure into every project. The team is built according to the type of work, the size of the front, and what the contract actually requires. That keeps us agile without losing technical control.

When the project requires highly specific specialties — radiography, penetrant testing, soil mechanics, topography — we add the specialist without making the client lose its main point of contact.

Why FITA is different

We do not promise what we cannot deliver

We first define which part of the project belongs to FITA and under what responsibility. That prevents scope from growing on paper and shrinking in the field.

One company for four fronts

Civil work, metal-mechanical work, installation, and coatings under a single contract. You do not need to coordinate several subcontractors for what FITA can handle directly.

We enter the way the project requires

Through bid, invitation, direct award, or technical proposal. With client engineering when it exists, or according to bid scope and technical requirements when that is the governing format.

How we work

Six steps so scope is never a surprise.

Before starting, the client already knows what FITA will execute, with which resources, and under what responsibility.

STEP 01

Opportunity review

We analyze the bid, invitation, or requirement to define whether FITA should enter the full project or only part of it. We do not quote what we cannot sustain.

STEP 02

Real scope definition

We define exactly what FITA executes and what it does not. This is also where we determine whether we work from bid scope, client engineering, or both.

STEP 03

Operational planning

We organize personnel, sequencing, supplies, and timing according to the real job. The work plan is not a presentation document — it is the guide for the front.

STEP 04

Field or workshop execution

We execute the contracted scope with the discipline the project requires: civil work, metal-mechanical work, installation, or coatings. The client has one direct point of contact throughout.

STEP 05

Control and coordination

We monitor scope compliance, safety, quality, and progress. If there is a deviation, the client knows before it becomes a problem.

STEP 06

Delivery and continuity

We close the executed front with the documentation the client needs. And if there are next phases, FITA already knows the project — there is no learning curve reset.

In the field

No scope surprises. No avoidable accidents. No half-finished deliveries.

Contracted scope is executed scope. The client has a direct point of contact throughout the project.

Safety as an entry condition

Not as a presentation checklist. Safety is built into how the front is organized from day one — access, PPE, lifting procedures, and work risk management.

What the contract says is what gets delivered

Each package matches what is contracted, executed, and deliverable. If there is a deviation, it is recorded and resolved — not hidden until final closeout.

Order on site, always

Cleanliness, waste segregation, and compliance with project and client requirements. An organized front is an operational standard, not an afterthought.

How to get in?

Do you have a project that needs a contractor? FITA enters through the channel you use.

Through public bid, restricted invitation, or direct award. We send technical proposals, quote specific packages, or structure a broader front — according to project scope and, when applicable, according to the client’s bid documents, technical requirements, and engineering.

Email for formal invitations, bid packages, and technical proposals
WhatsApp for first contact, interest validation, or scope questions
Partial or broader pricing according to what the bid defines
Verifiable, not invented

Documented, not estimated.

FITA’s history includes work fronts with real clients. We do not publish promises — we publish what was already executed and can be verified.

Frequently asked questions

The questions clients ask before inviting us.

Direct answers to the objections that usually come up before trusting a work front to a contractor.

Can FITA handle simultaneous fronts or does it only work on one project at a time?

It depends on the size of the front. FITA structures its capacity according to the job — if the project allows it, we can keep several fronts active. We define that in the initial scope review so we do not commit beyond what we can sustain.

Can I invite FITA only for a specific package or do I need to give it the whole project?

We can enter a single package. You do not need to give us the whole project for us to participate. Civil work, metal-mechanical work, installation, or coatings — we quote the front you need.

How verifiable is FITA’s experience? Are these only site claims?

The track record is documented in the company CV with participation records in Petrofac México (Arenque platforms), metal-mechanical fabrication work, and institutional civil work. That file can be shared during supplier review.

Does FITA work from client engineering or can it work from technical scope defined by the process?

Both. When the client has defined engineering, we execute according to it. When the scope comes from a bid or technical requirement, we work with what the process defines. We enter according to project scope and, when applicable, according to the client’s engineering and technical requirements.

How do I start contact if I want to invite FITA to participate in a project?
